We currently offer exchanges for size only.
Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds at this time.

You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your item.

3. Exchange Requirements

To keep everything fresh and ready for the next customer, items must be:

  • Unworn and in their original condition
  • Free of makeup, stains, scents, or damage
  • Still have all original tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

4. Items Not Eligible for Exchange

Some products are final sale and can’t be exchanged, including:

  • Sale/clearance items
  • Promotional or discounted items

5. Availability

Exchanges depend on the availability of the size you need.

6. Online Orders

If you’re mailing an item back for an exchange, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
We suggest using a trackable shipping service for peace of mind.
